When will I receive my prints?
You will be getting your prints no more than two weeks. In peak times like Christmas, it’s not unusual to get your prints up to three weeks. Feel free to call and get more details on your order.
A sign shop asked me for a vectorized logo, what is that?
A vectorized logo is in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw (.cdr), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps) or Windows Media Format (.wmf). We can supply any of these files if we created your logo. We offer vectorization (digitizing) of your logo if you do not have your logo in this format.
How do I get a client login?
This feature is for clients that have already started a project with us and require a login to see their proofs. We assign a login and password upon starting a project and it is sent to client’s email address on file.
Will my video be available for YouTube?
Yes, you will receive an encoded digital file ready for YouTube.
