Last week I had the wonderful opportunity to meet and photograph Fit Chef Katy (Katy Clark) at her third cooking class series “Light and Luscious Cooking” held in Costa Mesa with Sub-Zero Wolf and Whole Foods Market.

The items below were covered in the class as the Holiday 101 Party Platter:

[ul style=”bookmark”]

  • Crudités two ways with eggplant dip and hummus
  • Kale chips with the healthiest Onion Dip ever!
  • Warm spiced Pomegranate Orange juice
  • Moroccan Spice Shrimp gift giving mix
  • Vegan Chocolate cupcakes
  • Fit Chef Katy signature granola

Fit Chef Katy did a great job not only teaching the class but keeping it lively and entertaining, making it a breeze to photograph. The showroom at Sub-Zero Wolf showcased high-end stovetops and appliances that complimented her presentation and Whole Foods Market Tustin donated the food used in the class. Overall I had a great experience and I recommend attending her next class if you want to learn how to cook healthy and meet the next Food Network Star!
